The airline Iberia has started negotiations with unions for the agreements of its three groups – pilots, cabin crew and ground staff – with greater tension in the case of crews after their strike at Iberia Express at the end of August demanding higher salaries.

The crew unions Stavla and Sitcpla speak of “serious difficulties” at the start of the negotiation, because the management does not accept their demands for a salary increase and equal pay before negotiation, with the rest of the groups, of 4 .55%, although they agreed to weekly meetings.
