Food banks and NGOs in several Spanish cities are warning that demand for food from people in need will rise again once the pandemic is over, after prices soared nearly 14% last year, and that in the case of oil, eggs, milk and chicken reach or exceed 20%.

The situation is also worsening because, in some cases, there is also a decrease in the number of food donations compared to the first months of the year.
