Mérida, September 22 (EFE) .- The president of the Junta de Extremadura, Guillermo Fernández Vara, said this Thursday that the PP, “in every election, “puts its finger on Catalonia” with the aim of capturing votes.
“They act in a political context which, when the elections come, becomes a pretext to vote,” added Fernández Vara in reference to the interest of his Andalusian counterpart, Juanma Moreno, for companies based in Catalonia to move to Andalusia. .
The head of the executive of Extremadura rejected “this desire” of the PP “to try to enter again into the confrontation between the territories”.
“They leave the uniform of Spanish unity a little abandoned, the flag is hung behind the door and they go where they go, to see how we divide the territories, how we don’t care about others for have electoral revenue”, added the head of the executive of Extremadura.
According to him, “the PP has gone from the context of politics when there are no elections to the pretext of votes when there are”.
Likewise, he said he was “perplexed” that “the great measure of the PP” to fight the inflation crisis “is to lower taxes for those who have the most”. “It doesn’t go into the human head,” he remarked.
